The ingredients needed to make Devilled Eggs:
  1. Make ready 6 eggs
  2. Get Black gel food colouring (or any spooooky colour you like)
  3. Take 1 tablespoon green pesto
  4. Take 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. Take Paprika
  6. Make ready Black olives
Instructions to make Devilled Eggs:
  1. Boil your eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled and then allow to cool. Once cooled, crack the shell on a hard surface and add to a bowl with a couple of drops of the food colouring. Shake the bowl until the cracked egg shell is totally covered and then gently peel them to reveal a marble effect on the surface of the egg.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolk. Put the yolk in a bowl and mix in the mayo and pesto and mix well and then add the mixture back into the eggs.
  3. Sprinkle paprika on the top and add a slice of olive for extra spookiness. Happy Halloween

These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood glucose which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You knew green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood also!
