Spoon half of the cornbread mixture into greased casserole; sprinkle with half the cheese. Spoon chili over cheese; sprinkle with remaining half of the cheese. Spoon remaining corn bread mixture evenly over the cheese spreading gently to cover. Mix cornbread mix with water in a large bowl until smooth.

Instructions to make Homemade chili and Cornbread:
  1. Cook hamburger and drain
  2. Add all ingredients to large pot and cook for around 30-45 min on medium to low heat
  3. Follow the directions on the cornbread box, I usually make mine in a casserole dish instead.
  4. Add cornbread and cheese to finished chili and enjoy

Grains can be great for driving away a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. They can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. It’s not hard to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are easy to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You were simply waiting to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea has been found to be chock-full of an amino acid known as L-theanine.
