Paniyaram is also known as gunta ponganalu, paddu, guliyappa in other South Indian languages. They can be made plain, spiced or sweet. They are crisp from out and soft from within. These are also a South Indian tiffin or breakfast snack and they are healthy like most South Indian food.

Masala Paniyaram is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Masala Paniyaram is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook masala paniyaram using 8 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Masala Paniyaram:
  1. Take as needed Dosa batter
  2. Get 1/2 cup Fresh coconut
  3. Get 1/2 tsp Asafoetida / hing
  4. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Take leaves Chopped coriander
  6. Make ready 1/2 Green chilli
  7. Make ready To taste Salt
  8. Get As required Oil

Masala paniyaram recipe are made from left over idli or dosa batter. Let me be honest this just melts in your mouth and is one of the most delicious snack you would come across. They are crunchy from the exterior and soft from within, hence I love them. Masala Kuzhi paniyaram with leftover idli dosa batter and vegetables added to make it colourful and healthy.

Steps to make Masala Paniyaram:
  1. In a large bowl. Take dosa batter. Add hing,red chilli powder, green chilli,, chopped coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut. Mix it properly. There will be no lumps on it. Rest for 5 minutes and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in paniyaram mould.
  3. Pour spoonful of the batter 3/4 of the of the paniyaram mould.
  4. Cover and cook for two to three minutes in low flame. Turn the paniyaram with wooden spoon. Turn once or twice till it becomes light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a colorful plate. Ready to serve with spicy coconut chutney.

Grains can be good for fighting a bad mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all great for helping you be in a happier state of mind. They help you feel full also which can truly help to make your mood better. It’s not hard to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood glucose which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were just expecting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You knew green tea could help you feel so much healthier. Now you know that it helps you to elevate your moods also!
