  1. Make ready 1 Fish
  2. Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Get Marinate Rub
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander seeds roasted

Instructions to make Kerala Fish Fry:
  1. Clean the fish and make cuts on both the sides
  2. Apply ginger garlic paste all over
  3. Make the fish rub by mixing roasted coriander seeds,coriander powder,cumin powder,chillies powder,salt,Garam masala powder and kasuri methi and mix everything togther
  4. Apply the fish rub on both the sides of the fish
  5. Place in a foil and let it marinate for 1 hr
  6. Heat oil in a big kadai and fry the fish on both the sides till crispy
  7. Fry on slow flame so the masalas don't burn
