Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, taco soup. It is one of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

This keto-friendly, low-carb, Southwestern taco soup is full of ground beef, cream cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Top with shredded cheese, and serve with chips.. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

The ingredients needed to make Taco Soup:
  1. Make ready 1 can creamed corn
  2. Get 1 can whole kernel
  3. Make ready 1 can pinto beans
  4. Take 1 can black beans
  5. Prepare 1 can great northern beans
  6. Make ready 1 lb lean ground beef
  7. Get 3 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  8. Get 1 medium yellow onion
  9. Take 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  10. Get 1 envelope taco seasoning
  11. Prepare 3 clove garlic
  12. Take 1 dash crushed red pepper

This taco soup makes a GREAT freezer meal. It holds up really well and reheats perfectly. Check out my easy freezing tips below. Allow the taco soup to cool down.

Instructions to make Taco Soup:
  1. In a large stockpot, begin to brown ground beef.
  2. While ground beef is browning, dice onion & rinse & drain cans of beans.
  3. When ground beef is 3/4 done, drain, return to heat & add onion, garlic & red pepper. You can adjust garlic & pepper to suit your tastes.
  4. Cook until beef is done & onions are transparent.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 30 minutes. I usually make mine in slow cooker & leave on low 4-6 hours.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar, Monterrey Jack and/or pepper jack cheeses & sour cream if desired.

Check out my easy freezing tips below. Allow the taco soup to cool down. Place into a zip top bag or freezer container (leaving room for it to expand) and add a freezer label. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with sour cream, cheese, and jalapeños.

Cold water fish are good if you would like to be in a better mood. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all loaded with omega-3 and DHA. These are two substances that increase the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping increase your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can actually help to improve your mood. Feeling starved can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are easy to digest. You digest them quicker than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You just knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that applies to your mood also!
