  1. Prepare 10 oz . cans of Ro * Tel (original) 1
  2. Make ready 16 oz . packages Velveeta , cut into cubes 1
  3. Get 2 Cloves garlic
  4. Take 1/2 white onion , finbely diced
  5. Make ready 1/4 Teaspoon cumin ground
  6. Get To Taste salt
  7. Take oil
Instructions to make Ro*Tel-Queso Dip:
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. when hot enough, add the chopped garlic and sautee.
  2. Add the diced onion and sautee well till lightly caramelized.
  3. Add the can of Ro*Tel (un-drained) and stir to combine. let it come to a boil.
  4. Add the cubed Velveeta and mix well so that the cheese melts and combines with the tomatoes.
  5. Add the cumin and stir well.
  6. Check for seasoning, and add salt only if required. transfer to a serving dish and serve warm with tortilla chips.

These grains can improve your mood since it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You were sure it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies prove that this specific amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you be better. And now you know green tea can help improve your mood also!
