The ingredients needed to make Almond Butter cookies (Gluten free):
  1. Make ready 160 grams Brown rice flour
  2. Take 150 grams Cornstarch
  3. Prepare 100 grams Potatoe starch
  4. Make ready 150 grams Brown sugar
  5. Get 200 grams Butter softened
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Almond butter
Instructions to make Almond Butter cookies (Gluten free):
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl put the flour, starches and sugar. Mix it well.
  3. Add the butter softened and start working to form a dough. When it starts to form crumbs add the almond butter. Knead dough.
  4. When you have the dough ready. Put it in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic, for 15 min.
  5. I used a cookie press to do the cookies. If you don't have one, you can make little balls and then press them with a fork.
  6. Bake them for about 10 min or until you see that they start to light brown the edges.
  7. Cool them in a rack… and Enjoy them.
  8. P.D.: If you don't have the potatoe starch you can use cornstarch and viceversa. But I recommend you use both.

It’s not difficult to overcome your bad mood when you consume grains. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all wonderful for helping you feel happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is really excellent for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that it can help improve your mood also!
