  2. Tatri ya lemon juice ko 1/2 pani mein mix kar lein
  3. Jub milk boil pe ajaey tou flame bund kar ke lemon wala pani dal kar milk ko phar lein
  4. Aik channi m malmal ke kapre se chan lein
  5. Phate hoey milk ko sade pani se 2 ya 3 baar wash karen
  6. Ab kapre ko achi tarah se daba kar pani nikal dein or potli ko 1/2 ghantey ke liay fridge m latka de ta ke extra pani nikal jaey
  7. Ab jo paneer tyyar hai is mein 2 tbsp sooji and 1 pinch baking powder mix karein
  8. Abachi tarah se knead karein 10 minute tuk
  9. Baraber wazan ki chum chum shape delen
  10. Ab aik burtan mein 4 cup pani and sugar dal kar boil aney dein
  11. Tyyar chum chum is mein dal kar 20 minute tuk high flame per dhak kar pakaey
  12. 20 minute ke baad low flame per pakaey
  13. Har 1/2 ghantey baad 1 cup hot water dal kar pakaey 1.5 ghantey se 2 ghantey tuk pakaey
  14. Jub light brown colour ajaey tou thanda hone rakh de
  15. Jub room tamperature pe ajaey tou sheeray se nikal kar grated khoya charon taraf laga dein
  16. Maze dar si bangali chum chum tyyar hai
