It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all wonderful for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full too which can truly help to make your mood better. It’s easy to feel low when you are starving! These grains can help your mood elevate since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Studies have found that this particular amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while calming the rest of your body.
