Aam ka murabba is a preserve made from tart sour mangoes. Its basically a two-ingredient recipe - mangoes and sugar. Both are cooked till you get a jam-like consistency and there you have a finger licking sweet-sour tasting preserve. Aam Ka Murabba (Mango Murabba) is a favorite stuff for kids.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook aam ka murabba using 4 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Aam ka murabba:
  1. Take 250 gm Kachha aam
  2. Prepare 100 gm Sugar
  3. Get 1 tsp Cardemom powder
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Oil

Murabbas are used as medicines for many ailments in traditional Indian medicines. Aam Ka Murabba is made from Raw mangoes. Like mangoes, (Safeda, Dusseri, Langda etc), raw mangoes too come in many varieties. Type Of Mangoes Used or Murabba 'Ramkela' is good for making mango pickles whereas for making Murabba, 'Rajapuri' raw mangoes are best.

Steps to make Aam ka murabba:
  1. Peel and grade mango, add oil in a pan add grated mango and stir continuously till it cooked well.
  2. Add sugar and mix well. Cook till it gets thick now add cardamom powder and mix. Let it cool.
  3. Fill it in a clean and dry glass jar. Store and enjoy.

These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the gray matter in your brain. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can really help you overcome your depression.

Some grains are really great for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually great for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you are starving! These grains can elevate your mood since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest them quicker than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were sure it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps better your mental acuity while relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you feel better. Now you know that applies to your mood as well!
