  1. Mirchi ko acche se wash karke pieces me cut karein
  2. Salt dale aur achhe se mix karke 15 min ke liye side me rakh se
  3. Pan me oil dale aur garam hone de
  4. Mustrad seeds dale aur crickle hone de
  5. Ab cut kiya huya mirchi pan me dale
  6. Mix karein
  7. Fir Jaggery ki pan me dale aur achhe se mix karein
  8. Medium flame per cook hone de jab tak Jaggery ka thick suyrp na band jaye
  9. Thanda hone de kar me dal kar rakh de
