  1. Take 3 tablespoons butter
  2. Get 1/2 cup Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs. (You really need the panko bread crumbs for this)
  3. Take 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  4. Prepare 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces, patted dry
  5. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Make ready 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  8. Get 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  9. Take 1 1/2 cup tomato basil pasta sauce (I ended up using the entire 22 oz jar, so be flexible!)
  10. Get 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. (I use the whole bag, what's another 1/2 cup)
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil (if you have it. I sprinkled a bit of dry basil seasoning on it)
Steps to make Chicken Parmesan Skillet Casserole:
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
  2. In a 10" oven proof skillet melt a tablespoon of butter. Add bread crumbs cook stirring frequently until toasted, about 5 minutes. Transfer to separate small dish. Add Parmesan cheese to toasted Panko crumbs. Set aside.
  3. Wipe skillet and add remaining 2 tablespoons butter into skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and salt and cook until chicken is cooked thru, add garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper flakes; stir and cook another minute.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce; heat to simmering. If the consistency is to thin I simmer intil it thickens to my liking.Remove from heat, top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted probably 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Top with basil.
  6. I served this over spaghetti.

Not only that but nuts, specifically, are a great protein source.

If you would like to overcome depression, you should eat some cold water fish. Wild salmon, herring, mackerel, trout, and tuna are all rich in omega-3s and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that really help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.

Grains can be good for fighting a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping increase your happiness levels. They fill you up better and that can help improve your moods as well. Feeling starved can truly bring you down! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard to digest. You digest them more quickly than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Research has proved that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time calming your body.
