Add rai, jeera and urad dal. When rai starts spluttering add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.   2. Aloo sabiji:- oil me jeera + onion dal kar saute karo fir usame aloo dal kar saute karo usame sare dry masale dal kar pakado 10 min daka kar paka do todas pani dal kar paka do
  3. Kadi:- oil me hing, jeera, rai, curry leaves, harimirach, lasun dal kar saute karo fir taak dal do fir salt dal 3 min paka do fir Coriander leaves dal kar serve karo
